Well, I, argh.

I hate to see people fighting that used to be best friends. This totally sucks. Ok kids, the BIG unwritten rules that you follow, and if you fail to follow them disaster usually follows...

1)don't date your best friends EX's

2) Ex's don't date your best friends/close friends.

FAILURE to follow these guidelines CAN LEAD TO MAJOR FALLOUT. I mean, you're playing with human emotions that SHOULDN'T be played with, unless you like playing with fire or your desire outweighs your concerns. I hurt when my friends hurt, so imagine how fucking lousy I feel right now. Stace loves Tessi, Tessi loves Stace. If only it was that simple. I mean, crap lol.

Do I seem confused? Look, lets keep it simple. To get close to a friends former lover/bf/gf, what ever it happens to be, you're risking the friendship. As long as you accept that risk, it can be said you're walking into the situation with your eyes wide open. When you break it down, besides following ones heart, what the hell else can you do? IF you believe that this could be "the one", you can't really blame anyone for going for it no matter the cost. However, if you're just exploring is it worth the price you're going to maybe have to pay (in the form of your friendship)? It's so complicated, and it's a personal choice. I just hope everyone makes the right choices.

Like I said, it's a funky situation all around. You can't get involved with someones ex and be surprised when conflict arises. It's a cluster fuck. You ignore your feelings, or you damage a friendship that was wonderful... You only get 1 of those 2 chocies... I can say I'm glad I'm not in the position to have to choose! I don't envy either of you, the decisions you have to make. There really isn't a right or wrong choice. All of you get hurt, you get hurt, Daniel loses Stace for good so he's hurt, and Stace sees you choose someone else over her friendship, so she feels hurt and empty. Everyone is hurt. Turn it around and choose Stace, and you're wondering "what if", Stace probably doesn't lose Daniel's friendship so she avoids hurt, and Daniel is MAYBE hurt by the fact you won't go out with him... When you weigh those facts, which one sounds best?
