I couldn't leave...

So many patients, so little time! From a toddler with the flu, to a 3 year old that got 3 stitches, to a 21 year old former EMT and now nutcase, to a dead on arrival 85 year old with an amputated leg, to a 42 year old with A-fib and all around heart failure that almost went into arrest several times, to a guy that wanted pain meds and waited 6 hours to be seen, one old lady that was psyco and begged me to get her outside to smoke, to a 74 year old woman that needed fluid drained from her left lung (1100 mL, over 1 liter! That was gross and cool all at once) but reminded me SO much of Nanny at 90, to a middle aged woman passing kidney stones... Did I miss anyone? Theres so much to talk about when I get home. Don't look for anything till Wednesday. I ended my shift at 1:45 am. I COULDN'T HELP IT! I COULDN'T LEAVE!

Stace, Jess, Miss you guys, I really look forward to seeing you. MOM'S COMING TOMORROW! I'M SO EXCITED! Time to get 3 hours sleep before I wake up...
