All I can say is I'm glad Jim's out of the office and Jess is at lunch, so I can play LOUD music for a few minutes.

I could make an entry about the weekend... good idea. Lets see. Saturday was the event at Gallo, and it went well. The NA dance I didn't think we were going to wasn't so good. I had wine, and now I'm showing up at an NA dance? I didn't want Stace on anyone's shit list, I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND THEM, just thinking what if someone catches booze on my breath. I mean, I'm not a member but I bet it's a BIG NO NO to bring anyone that's had a drink to an event of any kind. So, I hid outside for about 2 hours total, freezing my ASS off lol. It needs to be smaller anyway.

After it was over, I was counting my lucky stars to be going home and get back into a comfort zone to end the night, and then I was informed it was time to meet with everyone at Carrows. hmm. I wasn't really up for that, and I was a little peeved that we weren't just headed home when I was uncomfortable as hell, but was about to give in anyway. Then I actually took the wrong exit and went south versus north. I'm dumb sometimes, sue me. We got home, I used the bathroom, and said, OK, LETS GO, and she was asleep on the couch already. I was afraid WWIII was going to break out because the conversation about why I didn't want to go and that I thought it was a little crappy to have "come with me or I'll ditch you go without you, oh yeah, HAD A GREAT EVENING AT GALLO!" as the choices when I thought it was a Mikee and Stacee evening. Maybe that assumption is totally my fault and I shouldn't have cared if it was a roommie night or not. If that's the case of course I'm sorry for it. I think that along with being uncomfortable I felt a little shafted. Everything was fine at the end of the night, just miscommunication and misunderstanding.I went to bed at 2am after leaving a message for Stace on her phone. At 0230 that night a mission was started for a missing plane with 3 persons on board.

I had crews ready for launch at noon the next day that originally included myself, but with 15,000 altitude expected and only 3/4 full O2 system, I opted out so the 3 most experienced people could go instead of 4 people. We were waiting on orders from 3:30 am forward. After being woken up every hour by update pages, I got up for good at 10am. I got coffee for Stace and I, got my flight suit ready (had to find the damn thing first) in case someone dropped off of the crew. They found the plane before we were tasked to go search at 4 in the afternoon. No survivors. Hit a mountain at 13,000 feet in the snow, in a thunderstorm. Poor folks...

That's all for now. Oh, and my boss I think kinda side stepped paying Jess and I our full bonuses by almost $750 for me, and $300 for her. Sucks, but that's life.
