Should I stay or should I go?

What to do? Stay here, or tap resources in San Diego and move home? I cannot decide. I'd lose my Deputy Commander role, my ES officer role, in favor of... what exactly? Crap, so much to decide, so many things so little time, 2 hours to be exact. Jim isn't happy with me, I'm not happy with his micro managing, it's best to start parting ways. 4th year, or end it by May?
