Mission upon my return...

Seriously though, an overdue A/C mission, Napa to Novato, an hour after I get back to my apartment... I shouldn't have taken the call (the IC called me directly) but I did, and it was a fun, basic mission. Nice re-introduction to the late night call out. BUT it was 1:00am Central Time for my personal body clock, as I lived 2 additional hours by traveling east to west. Out of my duty day... Don't do that again Mikeeeee, you know better.

The A/C was safe and sound in it's hanger. The ending you hope for on a missing plane mission.

Exercise...

You know, I always shunned the gym. It's where all the old, hairy men, and hairy women, go to try not to die as fast.

Now I find myself enjoying the time there watching House and pedaling on a bike, lifting weights, hot-tubbing (you know, with the other hairy men), and cooking in the steam and sauna rooms...

I like that they play more street music, east coast, than rock and west coast stuff. The vibe is much more my style if I'm trying to ignore the pain I'm feeling as I work. It's more gritty and sounds like a Madden soundtrack.
