Ahhhhh, work to do.
May. 8th, 2003 05:40 pmI don't know if I'm going to enjoy this. I mean, I like the thought of heading the Emergency Services department, serving as Emergency Services Officer, but to double as the Operations Officer on top of that might be too much for me to do. I can co-ordinate operations for my division (Emergency Services), create alert rosters, make sure we get the proper training, but there is SO much to do as an Operations Officer for a Squadron ON TOP of that, that I think it may do me in. I already have to cut back my school schedule to accommodate for 2nd/4th Monday's being taken by CAP. I don't know if I can swing what is basically running all major emergency operations for an Air Force Aux. Civilian Search and Rescue Squadron. That's 20 or more people that I need to stay on top of, create emergency/action/tactical plans for, duty rosters, and make sure we all train properly for emergencies and improve areas that are weaker then others.
Can I pull this shit off???
