Well, as luck would have it, I had another search mission come up tonight. Nothing to be found this time. Sonoma area, and it vanished before we could get into the area. That's all really. Missed out on things at home thanks to people being impatient and not caring that I wasn't around. Oh well.

We're sad to see it go Jessie, it will be missed...

I don't know really. I get a rush. I feel like I'm getting a chance to DO something. It beats being behind a desk as my claim to fame. It's something I do really well, ONE OF THE FEW THINGS I DO WELL! It's giving me a chance to get my hours in and get my license. I see operations from the front line versus the rear. I see what the force of impact does versus just the end result to a person. I get to fly. Others count on and trust me to hold my end of the line. I'm not micro-managed like at work. I meet new people and see things you don't normally get to see. I build up experience in leadership I can put on my resume. It makes me a better person and appreciate life. It reminds me that life is short. I get thank you's for my time and effort. Because I don't HAVE to do it at all. It's a passion. It makes me a more attractive person. It motivates me to get in better shape. Reminds me there's more to life then sitting at home (though I love doing that too). I'm serving my country and the people on the homefront, 100% volunteer.

List of cons to follow probably...
